		<content type="html">I endured such a discriminatory experience at Back Inn Café in Chattanooga’s Bluff View Art District that I feel compelled to share with others.  My husband and I were very excited to go out for a nice dinner in an upscale establishment for our anniversary.  We arrived at our reservation time and were ignored for a few minutes while the hostess made notes in their reservation book.  After running upstairs and acting very flustered, she explained that our table was still occupied, and she could seat us in the parlor where a fireplace would be lit for us while we waited.  We walked through a restaurant that was at least half empty, and were left waiting, without a lit fireplace for 25 minutes before deciding it was time to leave.  The hostess met us on our way out and said that she would rearrange some tables and get us a seat at that time.  We were seated, and as she left, a lady who had arrived behind us was being served her dinner!  At this time, we decided it was a good idea to leave. As we were leaving, I stopped to speak with the hostess about why we were leaving. I expressed my displeasure at being made to wait half an hour beyond our reservation time for a table when the restaurant was half empty. The manager then began to talk to me. The explanation offered was that each table was reserved, not a time.  I said, I could understand that, but do you really keep guests waiting a half hour when your restaurant is half empty?  The manager’s reply was, “It’s not like we were trying to not serve you in our establishment.”  Actually, that thought had not crossed my mind until he said it, but we are a younger couple (in our early 30’s) with visible tattoos.  Suddenly this resonated with me as the real reason for us being pushed around and passed up for our reservation, rather than a careless hostess.</content>

		<content type="html">Thanks for your comment. You have a valid point that some people want familiarity and comfort. For me, I like to try new and different things. A wine list that offers options that I can't find at the local grocery, and staff than can steer me in the right direction, makes for a memorable night.&amp;nbsp;</content>

		<content type="html">FTR Sticky Fingers does have dry rub as a choice for their ribs. In addition to Schufords head south down Market to Porker's BBQ for excellent ribs and pulled pork. Local dude with a magic touch for smoking just right.</content>

		<content type="html">Oh I hate that! I have to admit I had tricky service at the downtown location, but the ribs at both has been fall of the bone tender the times I have been. I like a rib without sauce so I don't usually do Sticky Fingers, but thanks to your recommendation I will have to try Schufords soon!&amp;nbsp;</content>

		<content type="html">Horrible food &amp;amp; service.  So embrassing since&lt;br /&gt;
we suggested dining there to our friends. &lt;br /&gt;
Love Canyon Griil &amp;amp; Boathouse so thought&lt;br /&gt;
Sugars would be good. No way. Several items&lt;br /&gt;
on menu not available, tough under cooked&lt;br /&gt;
ribs &amp;amp; no flavor sauces. I know good barbecue&lt;br /&gt;
--pick up at Schufords or eat in at Sticky Fingers</content>

		<content type="html">I will chime in here and say that every meal I have had at the Gamekeeper has been nothing short of magic....if you are looking for 6 dishes to come out at once....go to Applebees and get sub par food on time.  If you want hand crafted one of a kind meals.....Gamekeeper will rock your world.</content>

		<content type="html">I am so glad you have great experiences at the Gamekeeper. I love it there, but as I said, on more than one occasion there was a lag time in the food service. Both occasions were holiday weekends, and the restaurant was very busy, so maybe that was the issue. I will keep going (the food is too good to resist!) and if I have a different experience, I will be sure to post it!

		<content type="html">I have to disagree with you. The two times I have visited was with five and eight in the party and all plates were served simultaneously including the appetizers. That said, I agree with your review otherwise. Great restaurant in a great location with inventive and unique dishes. Pics are great btw.</content>
