Please do not let the fact that the Charleston Grill is located inside a hotel deter you. This is truly splendid fine dining. I had the joy of dining there in the spring, as part of a large party. 40 people are no challenge. The food was outstanding. The attention to detail by the kitchen, including gluten intolerance, was impeccable. The wait staff and host were gracious and professional. I would offer you further insight, but it has been a while and the details are fuzzy. Still, I wanted to share.
