One of my favorite, affordable evenings, is to go next door to the wine shop, buy a bottle, bring it into Greenlife, and have Jacob make a cheese tray. He's the guy with all the dread locked hair, and he loves making them. He will make recommendations, suggest his favorites, and pair everything together. Soon, he will be taking some classes to help pair his cheese with your wine. Love it! When he says brie, just roll with it, because he will pull the creamiest cheese ever with a sharpness that holds its own with a great red wine. I love the cheddar with chives. And the almonds..... oh my!

You can eat your tray right there, or take it home. Sometimes I take them to cocktail parties when I don't have time to cook. It is always well received.
