Bonefish Grill - Chattanooga, TN

I love small, little, local restaurants with inventive menus. I love the personal service they provide. I love super fresh ingredients that taste like they came from a farmers' market.

So how is it that I love my local Chattanooga Bonefish Grill?

Let me count the ways....

1) Great Service: Ross and Malory take great care of me. With celiac disease I am sometimes a little scared at chains. They always double check everything and ask the kitchen if they can tweak things, because I hate being limited to the gluten-free menu. The manager, Don Driscoll, checks on us and seems to genuinely care if we are enjoying ourselves. He gives kudos to his staff and makes sure they know they are appreciated in front of his clients. Even better, he encourages feedback.

2) Terrific Food: Bonefish offers some of the best seafood around. They prepare it inventively. The quality of cooking at our local restaurant is top notch and consistent. Again, they cater to those of us who have gluten intolerance issues. Lastly, the kitchen splits up entrées and plates them for us.

3) Awesome Drink Specials and Wine: When you are on a budget, these things can make a check sprint way up before you know it. Bonefish has a half-price happy hour until 7. Their house wines are good too! Perfect for foodies who like their wine with limited resources.

Wherever you live, if you like fish, check out your local Bonefish Grill. You may find it to become your new neighborhood restaurant. Bonefish Grill on Urbanspoon
